Through investment in information technology – with Advantage Digital driving increasing numbers of transactions online – and the use of debtor segmentation and data analytics, we are realising our best ever collection levels.
Our innovative project with Wilkin Chapman has helped repossess 7 properties – many of which were empty, bringing these properties back into occupation – and Orders for Sale have secured cash exceeding £1.35m.
