We strive to provide a service that is focused on improving the customer experience and generate revenue to enable key services to be delivered to the citizens of Edinburgh. The council tax collection for 2017/18 has been a record high of 96.8% and the team are determined to further improve on this for 2018/19.
These results are testament to the dedication of our staff and our continuing ambition to explore new ways of working, which have had a positive impact on our results. This engenders all behaviours displayed by a ‘Team of the Year’, and they more than deserve recognition of their achievements.
