Our Revenues team continues to improve debt recovery whilst ensuring the customer is at the centre of service delivery. Through investment in information technology – with Advantage Digital driving increasing numbers of transactions online – and the use of debtor segmentation and data analytics, we are realising our best ever collection levels.

Our innovative project with Wilkin Chapman has helped repossess 7 properties – many of which were empty, bringing these properties back into occupation – and Orders for Sale have secured cash exceeding £1.35m.

We have a motivated, well trained workforce equipped to meet the challenge of full rates retention by 2020. Self-sufficiency is at the heart of all we do – for residents and businesses – but also our staff who are critical to Bexley’s future success.
