Broadland District Council’s Revenues Team is a close knit group, supportive of each other and proud of the service we deliver. We don’t operate a call centre; our residents get straight through to experts in our team. This enables us to provide a high quality service, keeping backlogs to a minimum and eliminating hand-offs.
We lead the way in how we operate local discounts and we use technology to add capacity and give residents options that suit them. We have a large number of e-billers and direct debit customers who benefit from a wide choice of payment options. Good collection rates and performance are important to us, but our aim is to identify the root cause of a customer’s problems and provide the help they really need.
Our real strength is in our team members who we feel embody the best that local government has to offer.
