After submitting your claim, you will receive an email acknowledgment containing your complaint reference number. This email will include a link allowing you to upload any supporting documents related to your complaint.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days. However, should we need further time to investigate your complaint, you will be notified accordingly. Should you wish to know more about our complaints procedure, please contact the Head of Operational Services at daniel.drane@irrv.org.uk.
