Annual Conference and Exhibition
03-05 October 2017, Telford International Centre
The first day of conference will consist entirely of plenary sessions whilst three separate streams (Local Taxation & Revenues, Benefits and Valuation) will be run on the second day. The final morning will provide delegates with a general update on everything that is happening within the profession.
The Performance Awards Gala Dinner 2017 will take place on the Wednesday evening where the winners will be announced.
There will be a range of packages to suit individual needs. A limited number of bedrooms will also be held in the local area for delegates attending the conference.
Once you have booked your delegate place you can request an accomodation form to be sent to you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Accommodation bookings will be overseen by EventLinks. Alternatively you may be able to source rooms at: www.laterooms.com
All full conference passes include access to all days and all professional streams. They also include a seat at the IRRV Performance Awards Gala Dinner and access to the exhibition.
Day passes allow access to all sessions and if applicable all streams on the given day along with access to the exhibition.
Valuer day passes allow access to the valuation professional stream sessions.
Retired member Pass allows complementary access to all sessions and the exhibition. It does not include the Awards Dinner.

COMMERCIAL AND NON COMMERCIAL RATES
Non commercial rates are available only to non commercial companies such as governmental organisations, charitable organisations and non profit organisations. Commercial rates should be selected where an organisation does not fit into any of the above.
Delegates attending the event should collect their badges from the Registration Desk located in the foyer. Passes can only be used by the person whose name is printed on the badge. If a person is found to be using the badge of another person, they will be asked to leave the event. This will jeopardise attendance for that delegate at future IRRV events.

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS
The Institute will make every effort to give delegates as much notice as possible of any programme changes or the cancellation/re-scheduling of an event. However, it does reserve the right to make changes to advertised programmes and to cancel/re-schedule events. In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled/re-scheduled, either a full refund will be made or alternatively, any fee paid will be credited against a future booking. The Institute will not be liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee should an event be cancelled/re-scheduled.
On receipt of the registration form with purchase order number the IRRV will issue a receipted VAT invoice at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received in advance of the event. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission where delegate fees have not been paid.
Cancellations made 1 month before the meeting will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the fee plus VAT. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time at no extra charge.
