Before undertaking my IRRV qualification I understood the practical side of Housing Benefits without fully understanding the regulations. Now studied and undertaken the L3 certificate via distance learning, I have the technical knowledge of the regulations, commissioners, tribunal decisions behind the HB decisions that I make.

It has given me a greater knowledge and understanding enabling me to perform better in my role.

The course is detailed and at times challenging but very worthwhile and there is support available when you need it, online and from your tutor.
