PRACTICE STATEMENT: LISTED APPEALS WHERE THE PARTIES HAVE REACHED AGREEMENT
In respect of all NDR appeals (Rating List 2010) within the Kent and Leicestershire billing authority areas which are subject to the NDR Appeal Pilot, Practice Statement B5 is suspended for the period of the pilot.
