Summary of Submission

Over the past few years, CDER Group’s Training & Development Team has had to adapt and innovate to overcome various industry challenges and meet growing business needs. Led by Group Training Manager, Nina Upton, they have done just that.
This has included creating new training content, developing new training methods, and leveraging the latest technology to ensure our staff our fully equipped to excel in their roles. This in turn enables CDER to continue to lead the way in delivering fair and ethical debt recovery and enforcement services for our clients.
