Summary of Submission

Our Submission for the Revenues Team of the year highlighted eight significant areas that demonstrate our dedication to achieving outstanding collection rates while delivering excellent customer service. These significant areas include Top County Performers, In-House Training, Apprenticeship Scheme, Improvement Log, Review Initiatives, Staff Group Members, Empty Homes Growth Work and Progression Opportunities.
Despite being a small rural coastal council, our team at North Norfolk District has undertaken monumental steps to transform our working practices and in house staff training. The hard work of our team and the creation of new staff roles has enabled us to reform and expand our processes, leading us to cementing ourselves as the top performers in Norfolk in 2023/2024 and in the top 10% nationally for both Council Tax and Business Rates.
