Summary of Submission

A unique, innovative and socially inclusive approach to crisis intervention and prevention which meets people where they are and leaves no-one adrift. Working in collaboration with our partners to blend the best of statutory and third sector services with a model that fundamentally tackles issues at the source as best we can within our pooled resources. Listening and adapting to the ever-changing needs of our people while striving for excellence in all that we do.
