Details
This white paper sets out the government’s position on reforming Companies House ahead of introducing legislation into Parliament. It brings to a conclusion the results of further consultation and policy development since September 2020.
It contains responses to the following consultations:
- Corporate transparency and register reform: powers of the registrar
- Corporate transparency and register reform: implementing the ban on corporate directors
- Corporate transparency and register reform: improving the quality and value of financial information on the UK companies register
