RSH writes to providers of social housing about the requirements and expectations set out in the 2023 Rent Standard.

The Regulator of Social Housing has written to registered social housing providers about the 2023 Rent Standard which sets out the approach to take to implement rent increases from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
The Standard has been set in response to the Government’s Direction on the Rent Standard 2023 and its Policy statement on rents for social housing.
