Apart from statistical reference in the tables and charts to income or extended reliefs the only specific reference to business rates appears to be:
“Para 2.186 Business rates in Enterprise Zones – The government will extend the deadline by which businesses need to have located in an Enterprise Zone in order to claim business rates discounts by 3 years until 31 March 2018.”
