Appeal a PIP decision online

If you live in the Midlands (including Birmingham) you can appeal a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) decision online.

For decisions about child support or child maintenance, use Form SSCS2: Appeal a Child Maintenance Group decision by the DWP.

For appeals about recovery of compensation, use Form SSCS3: Notice of Appeal against a decision of the Department for Work and Pensions - Compensation Recovery Unit.
