The form is to register for the check and challenge service in England in order to check and challenge a 2017 central list business rates valuation.

Once completed you should return your form by email to nvumailbox@voa.gsi.gov.uk or by post to:
National Valuation Unit,
Valuation Office Agency,
Castle House,
31 Lisbon Street,
LS1 4DR
You should only use this form to register to check or challenge a property in the Central Rating List. The Central Rating List contains things like:
- electricity, gas, and water supply networks
- cross country pipelines
- railways
- telecommunications networks
Most other properties are in local rating lists. There is a different process in England for checking or challenging these properties.
