Update, 13 August 2019: an issue with geography matching has been identified with the “NDR Business Floorspace tables MSOA/LSOA 2019” tables. These tables have been removed from this page on 13 August 2019 whilst the issue is investigated.
This release includes a time series of statistics on stock, rateable value and floorspace of a range of classes of properties at various geographic levels (including region, county, local authority district, middle super output area and lower super output area) liable for business rates. This release combines statistics previously published in the non-domestic rating: stock of properties release and the non-domestic rating: business floorspace release.
