The IRRV has submitted a letter to the Finance Minister in Northern Ireland, which is in direct response to the decision to stop the Reval 2026 process.
The letter outlines the IRRV's disappointment in the decision to pause the non domestic revaluation in Northern Ireland, the dangerous precedent this sets, and the urgent need to review the method of valuing pubs and hotels.
