Details
As regulator, we maintain a statutory register of social housing providers (the register) which lists private (non-profit and profit-making) providers and local authority providers. Most non-profit providers are also known as housing associations.
We do not publish or hold, as part of our register, any contact details for registered providers.
The following information is held on the register for each private registered provider (not local authorities):
- annual accounts
- Regulator of Social Housing certificate of registration
The list of current registered providers is usually published monthly. It contains the following details:
- name
- RSH registration number
- non-profit or profit-making designation
- registration date
- legal form
We also publish, usually once a month, a list of changes to the register due to new registrations and de-registrations.
