Details
It is a requirement of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 that private registered providers must submit a copy of their accounts no later than six months after the end of the period to which the accounts relate.
The PRPs have failed to submit annual accounts within six months of the latest accounting period, despite repeated reminders.
The regulator will continue to engage with these providers.
