Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Rates Relief – COVID 19

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cyhoeddi'r canllawiau ar Ryddhad Ardrethi Manwerthu, Hamdden a Lletygarwch yng Nghymru ar gyfer 2022-23.

Yn 2022-23, bydd Llywodraeth Cymru’n darparu gwerth £116m o gymorth ardrethi annomestig wedi’i dargedu i fusnesau yn y sectorau manwerthu, hamdden a lletygarwch.

Bydd busnesau’n gymwys i gael 50% i ffwrdd o’u hatebolrwydd am y flwyddyn ariannol. Bydd swm y rhyddhad o dan gynllun Rhyddhad Ardrethi Manwerthu, Hamdden a Lletygarwch Llywodraeth Cymru yn uchafswm o £110,000 i bob busnes ar draws Cymru.

I gael rhyddhad ardrethi bydd angen cwblhau proses gais, a gwneir y ceisiadau drwy’r awdurdod lleol perthnasol. Wrth wneud cais am ryddhad ardrethi ar gyfer sawl lleoliad, rhaid cyflwyno cais i bob awdurdod lleol.

The Welsh Government has published the guidance on Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Rates Relief in Wales for 2022-23.

In 2022-23, the Welsh Government will provide £116m of targeted non-domestic rates support to businesses in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Businesses will be eligible for 50% off their liability for the financial year. The amount of relief under the Welsh Government’s Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Rates Relief scheme will be capped at £110,000 per business across Wales.

Relief will be subject to an application process, with applications to be made through the relevant local authority. Where applying for relief across multiple locations, an application must be submitted to each local authority.
