A list of providers registered with RSH as at a specific date and recent registrations and de-registrations. This is updated around the middle of each month.

Details
As regulator, we maintain a statutory register of social housing providers (the register) which lists private (non-profit and profit-making) providers and local authority providers. Most non-profit providers are also known as housing associations.
Please note these lists are not live, they are updated around the middle of each month. We also publish a list of changes to the register due to new registrations and de-registrations. We do not publish or share addresses and contact details of registered providers.
The following information is held on the register for each private registered provider (not local authorities):
- annual accounts
- Regulator of Social Housing certificate of registration
The list of current registered providers is usually published monthly. It contains the following details:
- name
- RSH registration number
- non-profit or profit-making designation
- registration date
- legal form
