Tables showing the Local Housing Allowance rates in accordance with statute.

The LHA rates from 1st April 2021 have been determined in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Modification) Order 2020 (SI 2020/ 1519) and are the same rates that came into force on 1st April 2020. Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions. These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 15 March 2020.

The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months lettings information collected up to the end of September 2020, but in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Modification) Order 2020 (SI 2020/ 1519) are excluded from calculation of April 2021 rates |
