The Liberata Council Tax Service operates as a centrally managed function, delivering services across multiple long-term partnerships. Our approach leverages a virtual network, allowing us to provide clients with unmatched business continuity, service resilience, and a highly skilled team—capabilities that far exceed those of traditional service delivery models.

In 2019, we launched our 'Going Digital' program, which focused on enhancing skills, optimising cutting-edge tools, adopting marginal gains strategies, and developing bespoke solutions tailored to our clients' needs. A key aspect of this transformation was the implementation of Robotic Process Automation. This approach has led to significant outcomes: local authority partners experienced increased income due to financial efficiencies, while service costs were reduced through streamlined processes.
