Buckinghamshire Council Revenues team has achieved remarkable outcomes since their formation in April 2020 and continue to make year-on-year improvements, both in performance but also in the service provided to residents. The team has proven itself to be innovative, adaptable, and effective in the face of huge changes and challenges. Despite being strangers to each other two years ago, the team have stepped-up to support each other and to help our customers navigate the developments, all while maintaining excellent collection rates and exceeding ambitious targets. The team have continued to embrace new ideas and technologies, introducing more automation and online services. This has not only improved performance outcomes but also made services more accessible and efficient for customers. It is the first full financial year on a single system with a unified team and the figures speak for themselves. Buckinghamshire Council continue to build on this impressive record.
