Sandwell MBC’s Council Tax Billing Team embraces innovation to deliver improvements to our citizens and enhance the customer experience. 
The team have taken the challenges from the backdrop of Covid to a Cost of Living Crisis as the catalyst to re-shape our services going forward.
Everyone has played an enthusiastic part in developing new processes, procedures and strategies, sourcing and using innovative cutting-edge tools and technologies available to us in our working environment.
Customer response times have vastly improved and expectation levels are continually improving as we further enhance our services.
As a result of managing some key initiatives in house we have made significant administrative savings at a time when it its crucial to seek efficiencies.  In addition we have generated £1m in collectable Council Tax revenues.
We are extremely proud of our dedicated team and can progress with confidence whatever challenges lie ahead.
