Join us for an engaging webinar where we explore the transformative potential of AI and automation in managing aged debt within local authorities in the UK. These technologies promise to streamline operations and free up staff to better support our most vulnerable citizens. However, they also present challenges, particularly in building trust within our communities.
Our expert panel will delve into the capabilities of AI, such as rapid language translation, and discuss its limitations, especially in nuanced communication. We will examine the differences between AI and automation, emphasising the importance of structured decision trees to effectively address multiple customer issues. The panel will highlight the synergy between AI and automation, demonstrating how these technologies can empower staff to resolve up to 80% of customer issues through self-service solutions like chatbots, forms, and mobile apps. This allows staff to focus on more complex cases, enhancing overall efficiency.
Additionally, we will explore innovations that boost customer service efficiency by monitoring calls and chats, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and suggesting appropriate responses, all while maintaining human control over conversations. -
