Gary Clarke IRRV (Tech)

Gary has worked in the Revenues profession since 2003, beginning his career with Huntingdonshire District Council, where he remained until 2005. He then gained a wealth of experience through a variety of temporary contracts with local authorities across the country, developing broad expertise across revenues and recovery services.

In 2011, following a brief period outside the profession working as a Driving Instructor, Gary returned to Revenues in a permanent role within the Recovery team at Mansfield District Council. Since then, he has held positions with a number of well-known organisations, including Bolsover District Council, Gedling Borough Council, Capita/Sheffield City Council, Wokingham Borough Council, and Birmingham City Council. In April 2026, Gary joined Rundles & Co Ltd as Client and Business Development Manager, bringing with him over two decades of experience in revenues, recovery, and client service delivery.

Gary has been a member of the IRRV since 2013 and has served on the IRRV East Midlands Association Executive Committee since 2019. He is committed to supporting the profession, sharing best practice, and contributing to the development of revenues and benefits practitioners across the region.

With a diverse career spanning both local government and the private sector, Gary brings a practical and knowledgeable perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing the revenues profession today.

Paula Short IRRV (Hons)

Paula began her career in Local Government with Rutland County Council in 1996. Over the past three decades, she has developed extensive experience across a wide range of revenues and benefits functions, holding roles including Cashier, Recovery Assistant, Council Tax Assistant, Team Leader, Court Officer, Business Rates Officer, and her current position as Revenues & Benefits Co-Ordinator.

Committed to professional development, Paula achieved her IRRV Technician qualification in 2009 and went on to qualify at Diploma level in 2021, where she was recognised as the highest-performing candidate. In 2025, she further demonstrated her dedication to the profession by achieving the prestigious IRRV Honours qualification.

Paula is actively involved in supporting the work of the Institute and currently serves as Secretary and Vice President of the IRRV East Midlands Association. She is passionate about promoting professional standards, sharing knowledge, and encouraging learning and development within the revenues and benefits profession.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys running and keeping fit. She is a keen participant in running events and regularly takes on new challenges, reflecting the same determination and commitment she brings to her professional career.

Paul Bowden (IRRV)

Paul is a partner within the recoveries team at Wilkin Chapman Rollits. He graduated from the University of Hull with a 2:1 degree in Law with Criminology. He passed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York with Commendation and completed his training contract at a Hull based firm before joining Wilkin Chapman Rollits as a solicitor in 2009. He became a senior solicitor in 2013, a partner in June 2018 and equity partner in 2023.

Since 2009 Paul has formed part of the firm’s recoveries team and has acted for a range of creditor clients in relation to both volume debt recovery and more complex insolvency proceedings. He acts for a wide range of corporate clients, including local authorities, utility companies, debt purchasers and other commercial creditors.

From July 2013, Paul has had management responsibility for the development and delivery of "Resolution" Wilkin Chapman Rollit's unique service offering developed for creditors but primarily utilised by local authority clients. This service provides identification research, enforcement action and case estate administration to local authorities mainly engaged in the use of insolvency and charging order as recovery methods.

Paul has a wealth of experience in acting for petitioning creditors on personal insolvency matters, in particular those where petitions become defended. He also regularly deals with and advises clients on complex annulment applications and applications to set aside statutory demands. Paul has experience in acting for trustees in bankruptcy in relation to post bankruptcy issues such as applications for possession and sale and applications for examination.

Rob Andrews IRRV (Tech)

Rob began his career in local government in 1976 when he joined Nottingham City Council as an Office Junior. In 1983, he moved to Newark & Sherwood District Council, where he took up the role of Deputy Revenues Manager and continued to build his expertise within the revenues profession.

After 22 years in local government, Rob made the transition to the private sector, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to a number of leading organisations. Throughout his career, he has worked for MDIS (now Northgate), Anite, Equita and Datatank. In June 2018, Rob joined Wilkin Chapman Rollits as Client Relations Manager, where he continues to support clients and foster strong professional relationships across the sector.

Rob became an IRRV Technician Member in 1988 and has been a dedicated member of the IRRV East Midlands Association Executive Committee since 1998. His long-standing involvement with the Institute reflects his commitment to supporting and promoting the revenues profession.

Outside of work, Rob is a passionate supporter of Nottingham Forest, having been a season ticket holder for almost 50 years. He is also a self-proclaimed expert with a Frisbee and enjoys making the most of the outdoors through golf, gardening, travel, and exploring in his van. His enthusiasm, sense of humour, and wealth of industry experience make him a highly valued member of both the profession and the Association.

James McKillop IRRV (Hons)

James has over 20 years of experience working in Local Government Revenues, having started his career in the Community Charge Section at Great Yarmouth Borough Council in 1990. In 1993, he moved into the Revenues Team, where he developed extensive expertise in Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating registration, billing, and recovery. During this time, he regularly attended and represented the authority at Liability Order and Committal Hearings, gaining invaluable operational and legal experience.

In 1998, James became a certificated bailiff, specialising in the recovery of outstanding Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates across the Norfolk area. He remained in this role until 2005, when he joined the City of Lincoln Council as Council Tax Manager. Continuing his professional development, James achieved the prestigious IRRV (Hons) qualification in 2007, becoming a full professional corporate member of the Institute.

In 2012, James moved into the private sector, joining Marston Recovery as a Business Development Executive. In addition to supporting clients and developing business opportunities, he plays an active role in Marston's training team, delivering presentations and training sessions on a wide range of revenues, recovery, and enforcement-related topics.

James also undertakes auditing responsibilities for the company's enforcement agents. As a certificated enforcement agent himself, he brings a practical understanding of the profession and applies a comprehensive, balanced, and objective approach to revenues and enforcement matters. His extensive experience across both local government and the private sector makes him a respected and knowledgeable figure within the revenues profession.

Simon Hamilton IRRV (Hons)

Simon has extensive experience working in Local Government Finance, having started his career in 1989. Throughout his career, he has worked for a number of local authorities across the Midlands, developing a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of revenues administration, including Council Tax, Business Rates, and Sundry Debt recovery.

Over the years, Simon has worked in partnership with a wide range of clients and suppliers from both the public and private sectors, helping to develop best practice, improve service delivery, and achieve value for money. His broad experience has given him a detailed understanding of local authority policies, procedures, and governance, as well as the challenges faced by both local authorities and the customers they serve.

A committed advocate for the revenues profession, Simon has been an active member of the IRRV East Midlands Association for many years and currently serves as the Association's Membership Officer. He has also been a member of the LACEF Executive Board since 2022, contributing his knowledge and experience to support collaboration and professional development across the sector.

After more than three decades in the public sector, Simon left local government in 2023 and now works as an independent contractor, currently with Business Smart Solutions, continuing to support organisations within the revenues and local government community. His extensive expertise, practical approach, and commitment to professional excellence make him a highly respected figure within the industry.

Andrea Grinney IRRV (Dip)

Andrea has worked in Revenues and Benefits at Rutland County Council since 1990, building extensive experience across a variety of roles over more than three decades. She is currently the Head of Customer Experience, with responsibility for a wide range of service areas including Local Taxation, Benefits, the Crisis and Resilience Fund, Community Care Finance, Customer Services, and Blue Badges.

Andrea has been an active member of the IRRV East Midlands Association since 1999, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the Institute and the wider profession. She further supported the Association through her role as Association President from 2022 to 2024, helping to promote professional development, networking, and best practice across the region.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in local government services, Andrea is passionate about delivering excellent customer-focused services and supporting the development of the revenues and benefits profession.

Away from work Andrea enjoys gardening, walking her two dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Adrian Johnson IRRV (Tech)

Adrian began his local government career in 1987 when he joined South Kesteven District Council as a trainee. Over the course of nearly 33 years in local government, he gained extensive experience within Revenues, with a particular focus on the collection and enforcement of unpaid local taxation. His long and varied career provided him with a detailed understanding of local taxation legislation, recovery procedures, and the operational challenges faced by billing authorities.

In April 2020, Adrian moved to the Valuation Tribunal Service, where he is responsible for dealing with local taxation disputes. His role involves considering matters relating to the valuation of both domestic and non-domestic properties, as well as reviewing disputes between council taxpayers and their local billing authorities. His wealth of practical experience in local taxation has enabled him to bring valuable insight and expertise to this important area of public service.

Away from work, Adrian is a qualified football referee and has dedicated time to supporting the development of the next generation of match officials. He has been involved in training newly qualified referees as they begin their officiating journey, helping them develop the skills and confidence required to progress through the ranks, with aspirations of one day officiating at the FA Cup Final.

Adrian's extensive knowledge of local taxation, combined with his commitment to mentoring and development both professionally and personally, makes him a respected and valued member of the revenues community.

Andrew Solley IRRV (Hons)

Andrew hails from the New Forest in Hampshire but began his career in Nottingham, joining a small firm of bailiffs in 2001. In 2003, he moved into local government when he joined Gedling Borough Council as a Clerical Assistant. Over the years, Andrew has progressed through a variety of roles within the authority and remains with Gedling Borough Council today, where he serves as an Assistant Director.

A dedicated supporter of the revenues and benefits profession, Andrew has been a member of the IRRV East Midlands Association since 2005. He has played a significant role in the Association's success, serving as Association Secretary from 2007 to 2021, with a brief break in 2012 when he took on the role of Association President for a year.

With extensive experience in local government and a long-standing commitment to the IRRV, Andrew is passionate about supporting professional development, sharing best practice, and helping to strengthen the revenues and benefits community across the East Midlands.

Barry Davies IRRV (Hons)

Barry has built a distinguished career in rating and valuation, spanning more than 25 years in private practice with Davies & Co, based in Northamptonshire. Following his studies at both Newcastle University and Aberdeen University, Barry developed a specialist expertise in advising rural businesses across the country on rating matters, audits, and appeals.

His work focuses primarily on the rating implications of rural diversification projects, particularly where farming enterprises expand into leisure, tourism, commercial, and other rateable activities. Barry has extensive experience representing clients throughout the appeals process, including attendance at Valuation Tribunals, and is widely respected for his practical and specialist knowledge of non-domestic rating.

Barry has been a member of the IRRV Valuation Faculty Board for the past eight years and continues to play an active role in shaping professional practice within the industry. He currently serves as the IRRV representative on the working group tasked with refreshing the 1997 Joint Professional Institutions Rating Forum Guidance on Receipts and Expenditure Valuations, helping to ensure that valuation guidance remains relevant to modern rating practice.

In addition to his professional commitments, Barry is a community member of Northamptonshire SEMLEP, where he provides advice and expertise on planning and rating issues. His extensive experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to supporting both businesses and the wider profession have made him a highly regarded figure within the rating and valuation sector.

Michael Line

Michael began his career in the debt collection and enforcement industry in 2006 as a Call Centre Operator with Equita. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for continuous improvement, he developed a deep understanding of the sector, gaining extensive experience across debt recovery, enforcement, client relations, and operational management.

Over the years, Michael has built a reputation for creating innovative solutions and forward-thinking strategies that deliver positive outcomes for clients and customers alike. This experience has led to his current role as Managing Director of JTR Collections, where he is committed to driving industry innovation, raising professional standards, and delivering excellence across all aspects of the business.

Since joining the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) in 2021, Michael has become an active and valued member of the profession. In 2024, he joined the IRRV East Midlands Association Executive Committee, further demonstrating his commitment to supporting professional development and collaboration within the revenues and enforcement community. He also serves as Vice President of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA), helping to represent and promote best practice across the enforcement sector.

Outside of work, Michael is a UEFA-qualified football coach and enjoys spending quality time with his family. A keen enthusiast of the outdoors, he particularly enjoys exploring the countryside and making the most of opportunities to combine family life with his love of sport and recreation.

Michael's blend of operational expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to professional excellence has made him a respected figure within both the enforcement industry and the wider revenues profession.

Mark Fearn IRRV (Hons) 

Mark has worked within the revenues profession for almost 25 years and is currently Customer Engagement Lead (Revenue, Income Recovery & Debt) at Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior roles within local government, including Revenues Manager at Milton Keynes Council, Head of Revenues at North West Leicestershire District Council, and Revenue Collection Manager at South Derbyshire District Council.

A long-standing and dedicated supporter of the IRRV, Mark has been a member of the IRRV East Midlands Association Executive since 1998. Over the years, he has made a significant contribution to the Association, serving in key leadership roles including Association Secretary and Association President.

With extensive experience across revenues, income recovery, and debt management, Mark is committed to promoting excellence within the profession and supporting the development of revenues practitioners across the East Midlands region.

Amanda Revill IRRV (Tech)

After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Maths, Amanda started working at Chesterfield Borough Council in 2001, holding roles as Revenues Assistant and Assistant Revenues Officer working on both council tax and business rates. In 2010, due to outsourcing, Amanda began working for Arvato Government Services. During this time, she took on a new role concentrating on business rates and got the opportunity to carry out work on behalf of Slough Borough Council and Derbyshire Dales District Council. After returning to Chesterfield Borough Council in 2021, she became Team Leader for business rates and accounts receivable in 2023. In 2026, Amanda started a new job as Revenues Manager at Bassetlaw District Council.

Amanda was a prize winner at the June 2023 sitting of the IRRV Level 3 Certificate and is currently studying for the diploma.

Outside of work she enjoys playing walking football with the Spirettes Walking Football team.

Steve Brockington-Brown BA (Hons) MA IRRV (Corp)

Steve has over 35 years’ local taxation experience working in a variety of public and private sector roles. He started his career at LB Wandsworth implementing Poll Tax before moving to Broxtowe BC, where for 10 years he managed the billing and debt recovery functions. In June 2000. Steve moved to Leicester City Council as Revenues and Benefits Manager and helped deliver year on year improvements in collection rates.

From 2010 Steve moved to the private sector, working initially for Rossendales and following its acquisition by Marston he was appointed Client Services Director. From May 2026 Steve joined NEC Software Solutions, working within the Entitlement Services team promoting their initiatives relating to local taxation discounts, exemptions and reliefs, Crisis Resilience Fund, and Blue Badge services.

This blend of public and private sector experience enables Steve to offer an informed and supportive role to clients and other stakeholders within the local authority workspace.

Outside of work you’ll find Steve in his garden, on a cricket tour (watching) or indulging in his long standing and long-suffering support for Harlequins rugby – COYQ!

Claire Werra IRRV (Tech)

Claire’s career began in Local Government after leaving school in 1996 working as a Clerical Assistant for Barnsley MBC. After a period working for South Yorkshire Pensions Authority as Pensions Officer, Claire started a business running a Grocery shop.

Claire has worked in Revenues since 2008, starting at Charnwood Borough Council as a Revenues Recovery Officer. Claire moved to Capita in 2010 as a Benefits Assessment Officer before moving back to Charnwood BC as a Contract Officer in 2017.

In 2023, Claire became the Revenues and Benefits Manager at Oadby and Wigston Borough Council. Then in 2025, Claire rejoined Charnwood BC as Revenues Manager.

Away from work Claire enjoys travelling, socialising and spending time with her grandchildren.

Alistair Townsend FIRRV Cmgr MCMI

Alistair has been a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation for over 20 years and is currently Commercial Services Portfolio Holder. He is a Past President of the Institute and a serving Council Member. He has previously held the roles of Chair of the Local Taxation and Revenues Faculty Board and Law and Research Portfolio Holder.

He has worked within Local Taxation, Revenues and Benefits throughout his career, working for a variety of local authorities. His career has developed from operational to strategic roles within Revenues & Benefits and board level positions.

After a brief departure from local government, when Alistair joined a national Enforcement Agency as Group Client Services Director, he rejoined the public sector working for Peterborough City Council as Head of Service Delivery as well as a number of clients in his consultancy business.

Alistair has spoken at numerous national conferences and written for many professional journals. He has often advised both local and central government on practices, procedures and legislation development and review, including previously giving evidence to a parliamentary committee on Council Tax collection practices.

Alistair is currently working for Torbay Council as Strategic Head – Revenues and Benefits.

Kevin Stewart FIRRV (Retired) MAAT MCMI

Kevin has retired from Local Government following a distinguished career spanning nearly 42 years. During that time, he worked in Revenues and Benefits across 10 different local authorities, as well as with the Audit Commission, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience across all aspects of local taxation, benefits, and public sector administration.

Kevin has made a significant contribution to the IRRV throughout his career and is a Past National President of the IRRV (2014–2015), having previously served as President of the IRRV East Midlands Association (2005–2006). His dedication to the profession has seen him play an active role in supporting and promoting professional standards, learning, and development across the revenues and benefits community.

A respected author and speaker, Kevin has been a regular contributor to IRRV publications and has presented numerous papers and technical sessions at IRRV and other industry conferences. His expertise and ability to explain complex subjects have made him a highly valued voice within the profession.

Although now retired from full-time local government service, Kevin continues to share his extensive knowledge and experience by tutoring students undertaking IRRV professional qualifications, helping to develop and inspire the next generation of revenues and benefits professionals.

Claire Moses CIHM CMICS IRRV

Claire has 27 years’ experience working in Local Government Revenues, Benefits and Customer Service, starting her career in 1999 at Boston Borough Council. During her career, Claire has worked for a single authority as well as a shared service. Claire is currently the Head of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Service for South Kesteven District Council and is responsible for a revenue budget of over £220m.

Claire joined South Kesteven District Council in March 2021 after providing 18 months of interim management support. Claire is the Head of Service for Revenues, Benefits and Customer Service and manages eight teams who deliver services within Revenues, Benefits and Customer Service.  These include Council Tax (billing & enforcement), Customer Service (responsible for 17 service areas), Benefits (Housing Benefit & Council Tax Support), Business Rates (billing & enforcement), Income Recovery (HB overpayments, Leaseholders & Shared Ownership, SKDC tenant rent, Sundry Debt), Right To Buy, System Support, Technical Support and Welfare & Financial Advice.  She manages a team of more than 70 professionals delivering essential services to residents and businesses across the district.

With extensive experience in local government revenues, benefits and customer services, Claire has played a leading role in modernising service delivery through digital transformation, customer experience improvement, and the implementation of innovative self-service solutions. She has overseen the development of customer portals, improvements to contact channels and strategies designed to make council services more accessible, efficient, and responsive to residents' needs.

Claire also leads the Council's welfare and financial support agenda, overseeing the delivery of discretionary financial assistance, local council tax support, crisis resilience funding and wider initiatives that help residents facing financial hardship. Working collaboratively with regional and national partners, she has helped shape policies and programmes that strengthen financial resilience while ensuring vulnerable residents receive timely support.

A committed advocate for customer-focused public services, Claire combines strategic leadership with operational expertise to deliver high-performing services that balance financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer outcomes. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHM), the Institute of Customer Service (CMICS), and the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV).

Claire has been a member of the IRRV East Midlands Association since 2012 and has held positions as Membership Officer and Vice President. Claire held the position as the longest serving female association President from 2018 to 2022.

We’re delighted to share some wonderful news from the association's auditor, Kevin, who has had a truly memorable week!

Kevin officially became a state pensioner on Monday and then celebrated an even bigger milestone by marrying Christine at an intimate ceremony at Old Town Hall in Chelsea on Wednesday. The newlyweds are currently enjoying a mini-moon in Barcelona, with their main honeymoon planned for January.

Kevin wanted to pass on his sincere thanks for all the kind wishes and messages he has received. He says they have been greatly appreciated and has praised the continued hard work of colleagues across the business, commenting that he is in awe of everything people continue to do.

In true Kevin style, he also shared this inspiring message:

“I am living proof that life starts in your 60s!”

Kevin and Christine are hoping to attend the East Midlands Dinner Dance again this year – fittingly, they actually booked their wedding while attending last year’s event. However, Kevin sends his apologies for the Christmas lunch as he expects to be in the Philippines at that time.

Following the IRRV Association golf day on 6th July 2026 at Maxstoke Park in Warwickshire, our own East Midlands team of Mark Sandhu, Suzanne Jones, Mark Fearn and Rob Andrews retained the IRRV Association shield for the 3rd year in succession ⭐⭐⭐👏

The IRRV East Midlands Association is proud to support charities chosen by each serving President.

At the 2026 AGM, the Treasurer announced that an impressive £1,035.00 was raised during 2025 for the President's charity, We Are One (Outreach North East).  They work to provide support for people facing food poverty including the homeless, the elderly and families in financial distress.

For his Presidential year in 2026, Gary has nominated Bottled Up Blokes CIC as his chosen charity. They work to raise awareness of men's mental health and encourage open conversations through its #TalkItOut campaign.

We look forward to supporting this worthwhile organisation throughout the year and thank members for their continued generosity in supporting our Presidents' charitable causes.

The IRRV East Midlands Association hosted a successful Technical Day at the offices of Gedling Borough Council on Monday 20 April 2026.

Association President Paul Bowden welcomed delegates and outlined the programme for the day, which featured a range of informative and engaging presentations from across the revenues, benefits and enforcement sectors.

The first presentation was delivered by Martin Walmsley, Assistant Director, Shared Revenues and Benefits, City of Lincoln and North Kesteven Councils. Martin shared his thoughts and experiences in a session titled “A Spotlight on the Crisis and Resilience Fund”, providing valuable insight into supporting residents through times of financial hardship.

Attendees then heard from Ian Ferguson, Customer Development Manager at Dukes Bailiffs Limited, who explored the implications of Local Government Reorganisation. Ian highlighted key considerations for authorities and discussed some of the challenges and opportunities that reorganisation may bring.

David Slater provided an informative update from the Valuation Tribunal, outlining expectations of both appellants and local authorities when preparing and presenting cases for tribunal hearings. His presentation offered practical guidance for practitioners involved in the appeals process.

The legal perspective was provided by Jordan Cressey, Chartered Legal Executive at Wilkin Chapman Rollits Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners, who delivered a presentation entitled “Using Order for Sale Activity to Trigger Results”. The session examined how this approach can be utilised effectively in the recovery process.

The day concluded with an update from Gary Watson of IRRV Headquarters, who shared the latest developments from the Institute. Gary also took the opportunity to recognise the contribution of a number of former IRRV East Midlands Association Presidents, presenting them with certificates in acknowledgement of their service and commitment to the Association.

The Annual General Meeting followed in the afternoon, during which the Association's new Executive Committee was formally elected for the forthcoming year.

A key part of the proceedings was the Presidential handover. Paul Bowden concluded his year as Association President and ceremonially passed the Presidential Chain of Office to Gary Clarke, who takes up the role of President of the IRRV East Midlands Association. In turn, Gary passed the Chain of Office for Vice President to Paula Short.

The Association would like to thank Paul for his dedication, leadership and commitment during his term of office and wishes Gary and Paula every success in their new roles as they lead the Association through the coming year.

Celebrating a Fantastic IRRV East Midlands Christmas Lunch

On Thursday 11 December 2025, the IRRV East Midlands Association gathered at the Wisteria Hotel in Oakham for our annual Christmas Lunch — and what a brilliant afternoon it was.

We were delighted to welcome 37 members and guests, including both the IRRV Chief Executive and the National President. Their attendance brought real significance to the event and highlighted the strength and visibility of our Association within the wider Institute.

IRRV East Midlands Association executive member Alan Lemmon was presented with an Honorary Lifetime Membership by IRRV National President Alan Clark in recognition of his years of service with the IRRV.

The Wisteria Hotel provided a warm, festive setting, and the atmosphere throughout the afternoon was full of connection, conversation, and community. It was wonderful to see colleagues from across the region come together to celebrate the end of another productive year. 

Events like this remind us why the East Midlands Association continues to thrive: committed professionals, a supportive network, and a shared passion for the work we do.

Here’s to a successful 2025 — and an even stronger year ahead.

Another successful Annual Dinner Dance was held at the CASA Hotel, Chesterfield, on Saturday 22nd November 2025, bringing together colleagues, sponsors and supporters for an enjoyable evening of celebration and networking.

The event was attended by 94 guests, who were welcomed with a wine reception before enjoying a three-course meal, quiz, raffle and disco. The evening provided a valuable opportunity to recognise the continued strength of the IRRV East Midlands community and the commitment of those who support its work throughout the year.

IRRV East Midlands continues to play an important role in bringing professionals together, encouraging collaboration, sharing knowledge and supporting excellence across revenues, benefits and related services. IRRV East Midlands Association - AGM Leicester City Council Thursday 24th April 2025

The AGM has now been booked for Thursday 24th April 2025 at the offices of Leicester City Council at The Tea Room, Leicester Town Hall.  The AGM will take place from 15:15.

This will immediately follow the re-arranged "Digital Transformation Day" previously scheduled for the 8th January 2025.

Our annual East Midlands Association Christmas Dinner is on Thursday, 5th December 2024, at the Wisteria Hotel, Oakham, starting at 12:00 PM.

With just over a fortnight to go before our Christmas Lunch (1st December) please be aware of possible rail disruption currently affecting services between Leicester and Peterborough. A refuse lorry has hit a railway bridge in the Rutland area which could take weeks to repair. As a result, there is currently a rail replacement service in place on this line which could affect those planning to travel to Oakham on the train.
