IRRV is pleased deliver this webinar, which is tailored to the specific needs of Welsh Local Authorities.   It will inform attendees about the ‘Breathing Space’ legislation and the related Statutory Debt Repayment Plan proposals.  Importantly, it explore the practical implications of this legislation for local authorities as creditor organisations.

A Welsh Government representative will join the presentation team to provide latest information on how those seeking breathing space respite can be connected to appropriate debt advice.

As the event is fully sponsored, there will be no charge for attendance. There is an initial allocation of six places per Local Authority. (but please enquire if your Authority would like additional places, as any allocations not reserved by 8th April may be reallocated).
