The Government has issued the Guidance on the Covid-19 Relief Fund and the RHL Scheme. The content of the former is allowing significant flexibility in the design and development of local authority schemes. This important virtual seminar will assist you in the creation of your scheme or it will act as a critique of your scheme if you have already designed it. There will be advice on the management of your allocation and the factors to take into account when distributing it to ratepayers. The seminar will address the complexities of Section 47, the exercise of discretion and the extent of the duty to adhere to Government Guidance.
