Providing Revenues & Benefits for City of Lincoln Council and North Kesteven District Council Directorate of Resources Benefits Manager - 37 hours per week – 20-month fixed-term contract (to be reviewed) Grade PO2A (£37,560 to £40,245) An opportunity has arisen for a hard working, conscientious, committed and flexible individual to take on the management of the Benefits teams in our shared service between City of Lincoln Council and North Kesteven District Council. The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Benefits Teams over three sites – in Lincoln, Sleaford and a satellite office on the edge of Lincoln. The job role will involve challenging and developing policies and practices for the shared service, with a key aim of bringing together a one team culture. The Benefits Manager will need to work with Benefits Team Leaders to ensure our team reacts appropriately to the national welfare reform agenda as well as other challenges facing Benefits Services over the coming months and years.
