The House of Commons decides the Government must send the restricted Universal Credit project assessment reports to the Work and Pensions Committee.

The Government is in the process of appealing an Information Commissioner's decision that these reports should be published in response to an earlier Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
This exchange of correspondence between the Committee Chair and the Secretary of State confirms that the Committee will receive the reports before its meeting on Wednesday 13 December, and shows how they will be handled by the Committee.
