Lord Freud to Give Key Note Address 
We are delighted to announce that Lord Freud, the Welfare Reform Minister, will be giving the key note address to this years Annual Conference on the 2nd October 2013.

New training days added
 
The Institute offers top quality training in a wide range of subjects. The courses are designed to appeal to staff that need to understand all aspects of revenues, benefits and subject specific areas (either at introductory, general or expert levels).
Our trainers are extremely experienced practitioners with expert subject knowledge. The trainers use a plain English approach to aid understanding using a variety of different teaching styles to suit each group.
As well as holding courses nationwide we also deliver a bespoke in house training service. The training is tailored specifically to the client's requirements and held on site at your offices for convenience.

IRRV GOLF COMPETITION
Hawkestone Park Golf Club Tuesday 1st October 2013

The IRRV Golf Championship is once again sponsored by Civica and will take place on Tuesday 1st October on the magnificent championship course at Hawkestone Park.  IRRV delegates will be playing for the prestigious Bewlay Trophy and the chance to be the Champion golfer for 2013.  The event will be a stableford competition played over 18 holes and will include:
Golf and practice facilities
Excellent prize table including prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (subject to number of participants), longest drive and nearest the pin
Exhibitors prize
Coffee and bacon role on arrival
Snack and presentation following golf.

Tee is booked for 12:30 – 1:10 so please arrive from 11:30.  We would expect to have all presentations completed by 7pm. The event is open to all Annual Conference attendees and is free to delegates from non commercial companies for more information please click here
