If you are the leaseholder of a flat bought under the Right to Buy, you may have the right to a loan in respect of service charges for repairs and improvements carried out by your landlord.
You do not have to be the person who originally purchased the flat under the Right to Buy, but your landlord must be the council or housing association which granted the lease.
This guide contains information about the terms of these loans and who is eligible for them.
