Details
This measure requires landlords and commercial tenants to negotiate on payment of rent arrears based on legislated principles with a binding arbitration backstop. The policy applies to commercial tenants that were mandated to close by the Government in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The RPC has rated it green; fit for purpose.
