These are the terms of reference for an independent report to recommend what metrics the government should use when considering how to set State Pension age.

Details

The Pensions Act 2014 requires the government to review the State Pension age every 6 years.

Baroness Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG has been appointed to prepare an independent report making recommendations to the government on what metrics should be taken into account when setting the State Pension age in future.

A call for evidence to inform the report will be published shortly.
