This page includes the Investment Zones pre-registration forms link and the guidance for completing the expression of interest (EOI).
You must complete the pre-registration form before you can access the EOI. The pre-registration form is not the EOI.
We will send you an email with instructions about how to access the EOI when you have completed the pre-registration form.
You must complete the EOI and upload any documents by 11:59am on 14 October 2022.
Investment Zones aim to drive growth and unlock housing, with sites benefiting from tax incentives, planning liberalisation, and wider support for the local economy. The government will work with the devolved administrations and local partners to introduce investment zones across the UK.
