Forward Thinking Conference 2022 website
The website for the 2022 Forward Thinking conference has been updated with the videos of the sessions from the day.

Building on the success of 2021, the Forward Thinking conference returned in 2022 and was hosted by Nottingham Trent University.
The conference theme was ‘insolvency response in uncertain times’, with a number of respected speakers, including university academics, insolvency professionals, and from the judiciary.
Topics included personal insolvency and the cost-of-living crisis, the re-use of company names, and environmental liabilities arising from large corporate insolvencies such as Baglan Operations Limited.
The conference was a hybrid event with a livestream that was broadcast to over 400 online delegates across the world. The sessions from the recorded broadcast are now free to watch online here.
The papers will be added shortly following peer review.
The Insolvency Service will soon be planning the 2023 conference and details will be posted in due course.
