This page applies to the Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF) which was announced in December 2022 and will run in financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24. This refers to the first £500 million for the fund announced in December 2022. It does not apply to the additional £250 million announced in March 2023, further detail on which will be published in due course.
