Details
This release presents estimates of the number of dwellings by tenure in England and in each local authority district. The estimates are as of 31 March each year. The statistics use the Census as a baseline and apply annual net changes to the dwelling stock as measured by the related Housing supply: net additional dwellings statistics. This release also includes figures on dwelling density.
