NEW TRAINING DAYS FOR 2013
The Institute offers top quality training in a wide range of subjects. The courses are designed to appeal to staff that need to understand all aspects of revenues, benefits and subject specific areas (either at introductory, general or expert levels). Our trainers are extremely experienced practitioners with expert subject knowledge. The trainers use a plain English approach to aid understanding using a variety of different teaching styles to suit each group.

Miscellaneous Income Recovery through the County Court, 7 February
To raise the awareness of effective debt recovery & best practice via the county court / High Court together with Telephone Debt recovery.
Insolvency & the Revenues Collection Process, 13 February
The course is designed in order that delegates will be better armed to protect their authority’s position and promote the maximisation of returns in insolvency proceedings.
Local Taxation for Outside Inspectors, 19 March
The seminar is designed specifically for outside inspection staff to give grounding in the basic knowledge of local taxation law needed when meeting the public and inspecting buildings for local taxation liability purposes.
We also run courses throughout the year on Council Tax and Business Rates for all levels.
As well as holding courses nationwide we can deliver a bespoke in house training service. The training is tailored specifically to the client’s requirements and held on site at your offices for convenience.
