"During the Ministerial summit on 1 July BIS launched two new surveys - a consumer survey and a business survey - to check how well the payday industry is meeting the standards set out in the voluntary codes implemented last November.
If you have contacts who may have taken out a payday day loan please could you ask them to take the time to complete the survey to contribute to the Government's evidence base. This can be accessed at www.surveymonkey.com/s/PayDayCustomers. The survey will close on 14th August 2013 and we expect to publish the findings of the surveys in the Autumn."
