Dear Sir,
By decision of the Gelderland District Court dated 10 January 2014 Be Informed B.V., a private company with limited liability, having its registered office at Wapenrustlaan 11, 7321 DL, Apeldoorn (the Netherlands), was declared bankrupt. The District Court appointed mr. M.A.M. Vaessen as registrar in bankruptcy and mr. J.B.A. Jansen as trustee.
Also, by decision of the Gelderland District Court dated 10 January 2014 Be Informed Benelux B.V., a private company with limited liability, having its registered office at Wapenrustlaan 11, 7321 DL, Apeldoorn (the Netherlands), was declared bankrupt. The District Court appointed mr. M.A.M. Vaessen as registrar in bankruptcy and mr. J.B.A. Jansen as trustee.
From the administration of the bankrupt company I have concluded that you are probably involved in the current bankruptcy with a claim.
