Business floorspace, count and rateable value for each Lower Super Output Areas (LSOA) in London as at 31 March 2011.
This is the response to a request for information seeking retail floorspace, count and rateable value data at LSOA level for all London boroughs. The VOA has published figures relating to business floorspace for administrative areas in England and Wales for the years 2000-2012. The latest release can be found here. Historic figures in this release (for example statistics representing the Rating Lists as at the 1st April 2011) are compiled using the latest data available (extracted 31st March 2012) and this will include backdated assessments or other amendments not reflected in earlier statistical series.
