Money Advice Service and StepChange Debt Charity give evidence on financial exclusion

StepChange Debt Charity give evidence to the Select Committee on Financial Exclusion alongside the Chief Executive of The Money Advice Service. Topics include public financial guidance, the welfare advice sector and Government Policy, including the 'Help to Save' scheme.
