YMGYNGHORIAD

Sicrhau Toriad Treth i Fusnesau Bach: Cynllun rhyddhad ardrethi newydd ar gyfer busnesau bach yng Nghymru

Hoffem gael eich barn am gynigion polisi i gyflwyno cynllun rhyddhad ardrethi newydd parhaol i fusnesau bach yng Nghymru.

Ar 1 Ebrill 2018 byddwn yn cyflwyno cynllun rhyddhad ardrethi newydd yng Nghymru. Nod y cynllun parhaol hwn fydd sicrhau bod cymorth i fusnesau bach yn cael ei dargedu’n well. Ymhlith y cynigion rydym yn ymgynghori arnynt mae:

  • cyfyngu’r rhyddhad i fusnesau sy’n cael rhyddhad trethi ar gyfer mwy nag un eiddo

  • adolygu’r eithriadau i’r cynllun, yn awr ac yn y dyfodol

  • cynyddu’r cymorth i fusnesau bach sy’n gymwys

  • rhoi rhyddhad ychwanegol i rai sectorau sy’n cefnogi amcanion ehangach y Llywodraeth, megis y sector gofal plant

  • ystyriaethau ar gyfer y cynllun yn y tymor hwy

CONSULTATION

Delivering a Tax Cut for Small Businesses – a New Small Business Rates Relief Scheme for Wales

We want your views on the policy proposals for delivering a permanent small business rates relief (SBRR) scheme for Wales.

From 1 April 2018 we are introducing a new SBRR scheme in Wales. This permanent scheme aims to more effectively target support for small businesses. We are consulting on proposals that include:

  • limiting relief for businesses qualifying for SBRR across multiple properties

  • reviewing current and future exceptions from SBRR

  • increasing support for eligible small businesses

  • providing additional relief for certain sectors which support wider Government objectives, for example the childcare sector

  • longer term considerations for the scheme
