Phoenix acquisition
You may have already heard that Phoenix was acquired by the JBW Group this week. See link below for a brief outline.

The deal doesn’t actually have any impact on day to day operations – Phoenix will still run as it has, as a separate company from JBW, with same branding, same team etc.
