This publication provides an update from the Department for Work and Pensions management information as at 12 January 2020, of the progress on checking cases potentially affected by underpayments of Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) on conversion from other incapacity benefits.
The department intends to release a final update of progress on checking cases in Spring 2020, as part of the completion of the exercise. The publication date will be pre-announced at least 4 weeks in advance in the statistics release calendar.
