Correction notice

Errors in Table 1c ‘Director Disqualification Orders and Undertakings: Allegation Types in Insolvent Disqualifications’ resulted in the release of incorrect figures for Insolvency Service Enforcement outcomes annual table 2018/19. The error occurred when the total number of allegations in Table 1c did not sum to the total number of individual allegations. This resulted in an underreporting of the total number, although the figure was correct for individuals.

Comments

Corrected data has been released for the Insolvency Service Enforcement outcomes annual table 2018/19 and are available here. This error is not present in the 2019/20 release.
