Official statistics announcement
Statistics on stock and value of properties on the 2017 central and local rating lists as at 31 March 2020. To meet user needs, these statistics are being released in two parts, with the stock of properties being brought forward. This release will also include additional tables showing greater detail by Billing Authority, Scat code and Rateable Value band.
