This document is based on research commissioned by Communities and Local Government which examined local authorities' take-up and use of the Well-Being Power and the factors which had affected it. It gives practical examples of how the Power has been used and links to further sources of information.
The findings and recommendations in this report are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views or proposed policies of Communities and Local Government.
