Details of new social housing lettings by local authorities and private registered providers at social and affordable rents, with information on tenant characteristics, tenancy type and properties.
This one-off release contains data on new social housing lettings in England in the first half of 2020-21, from 1 April to 30 September 2020. It is being published outside of the usual annual cycle to give insight into the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on new social housing lettings.
